Primary responsibilities include: A bit of a jack of all trades comprised of great help desk experience (hardware – Dell mostly, and software – Microsoft platform, Groupwise email, and Office 2007) with experience in wiring installation for video, network knowledge and PBX. As for specific software, we are looking for Yardi and Crystal knowledge. We have a combination of local and remote users that need support for network connectivity (VPN and Citrix), Windows applications, RIM Blackberries, and overall troubleshooting of issues with typical peripherals – printers, copiers, faxes, voip phones, etc. Job Requirements : Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to quickly diagnose problems and involve necessary IT resources to resolve issues Good communication skills and ability t...
